The Mount Abraham Union School District assures that in providing for special education of children within its jurisdiction it shall have in effect policies, procedures, and programs that are consistent with the IDEA 2004, Vermont statutes, and the State Board of Education’s special education regulations, policies and procedures. (34 C.F.R.§300.201, 20 U.S.C.1413(a)(1))
