As Director of Human Resources, I am dedicated to supporting the people who make our school district strong. I focus on creating a workplace where employees feel valued, heard, and supported in their growth. Through thoughtful practices, collaborative problem-solving, and a commitment to equity, I strive to build an environment where all staff can thrive.
Since joining the district in 2001, I have had the opportunity to grow alongside our schools and community, helping to strengthen systems that support and sustain our workforce. I am proud to contribute to a district that is committed to serving students and families across our communities.
Outside of work, I am especially enjoying my newest role as a grandmother, which brings me great joy and perspective.
